The Iberian pig is our raw material, a breed of Mediterranean origin that is adapted to the environmental conditions of the pasture. In this natural paradise inhabited by holm oaks, cork oaks, gall Oaks and Oaks, the animals enjoy a privileged, growing in freedom and outdoor life.

Acorn, along with herbs, roots and other natural foods, constitute the main basis of their food. It is precisely this type of food which gives the characteristic flavour to our products.

The sensory qualities of Iberian ham is three, color, fragance and taste.

The red COLOR is given directly by the animal's flesh that becomes more intense through the process of drying and salting
It has an intense and balanced FRAGANCE, with pleasant persistence on the palate.
TASTE, definitely recognizable without additives, juiciness and texture slightly unctuous, with a flavor that unwinds slowly in the mouth and perfectly combines the sweet acorn pork taste with salting and drying.

The Iberian ham is a deli that after his superb taste has great health benefits.

Ham is a product with a high content of minerals and fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin E and other vitamins of the Group B.

The Jamón Ibérico de bellota is dominated by oleic acid, this helps the production of HDL ("good" cholesterol) in the body, reducing LDL ("bad cholesterol") at the same time so its moderate consumption is good to maintain healthy cholesterol levels and has a preventive function with respect to cardiovascular diseases. It is also rich in iron, magnesium, zinc, calcium and phosphorus.
